This was framed and behind glass. I didn’t look as closely as I should have so I don’t know what medium was used. Is it pastel? Crayon? Colored Pencil? I’m thinking pastel. It’s not great but it is pretty good. The mountain and orange section of skyline is a little more appealing than whatever we see going on in the foreground.
