At first glance, this would appear to be store-bought Factory-type art ala what would typically be mass-produced somewhere in China, for living rooms somewhere in America, during the 1950s/60s/70s.
But I think that “first glance” would be incorrect.
Judging by the nature of the framing job, the condition of the stretched canvas back, the artist’s signature and the overall quality of the work (which is “quite good but faaaaar from professional level”) I’m confident that this is Amateur Art.
