This was done by a non-amateur but since it's not commercial art or mass-produced art it IS allowed here. Also, the artist is Alaskan so she's a local. The title of this painting was on the back, along with the artist's original sale price, which was considerable. Not sure how this wound up at VV 🤷♂️
